    is that a mixed color yellow tang. face looks white, then the back fades to black. i would blame that on the shadow of the rock, but the white face caught my eye. and also how did you get your pics so damn big

    no chiller, the tank is right next to the window. and we live next to the beach. nothing dif than you, but up here in jersey it gets cold especially around this time of year. he has his lites about 12-14 inches above the tank. we just redid his 29 about a week ago. i would wait alittle longer...

    i personally run a ETSS reef devil skimmer,,,,also the MSX 200 is the same as an octopus skimmer, octo's seem to be better, the MSX are having problems. also ASM skimmers are good, i would find out the foot print that you have to work with then plan from there. here is a link to another skimmer...
