    Romaine Lettuce

I have read many threads on here about that. Iceberg lettuce has about no nutritional value. But if you stick with the dark, leafy greens, they are high in vitamins. I have also heard broccoli is good.

    3rd try

someone on here last week couldn't get his new tang to eat Seaweed Selects. So he bought the Nori sheets from the grocery store and he said it was a huge difference, his YT gobbled it up. Shaunts also said Spirulina, there are plenty of other foods to try. Try them all if you need to. matt

Good, Bad or just plain UGLY

Whether it's safe or not, common sense says the bigger it gets, the bigger its appetite. If they eat algea and detritus when they're an inch, when they get to be a foot, they are gonna need more to eat than just poop on the bottom of the tank. Thats when they start harming the good stuff in...

    catching a domino?

nevermind... I just spent the last hour tearing down my live rock. I finally got him. It really scared the crap out of him and my yellow tang. I hope the tang will be alright, he's pretty stressed. Makes me think it might not have been worth it. we'll see in the morning.

what viper said about different oceans was exactly what the LFS told me. I decided to try it. At the LFS, there were 5 tank-raised tomato clowns, only one of them was hopping between 3 different rose tips. So I got that clown specifically, then the condi was in a different tank altogether. I...

    catching a domino?

I need some ideas on how I can catch a domino damsel. I tried dropping food in and when he comes up just scoop him with the net. That didn't work, he is lighting fast. Then I took the plastic jug, cut off the top and inverted it, he won't go near it. He is becoming too much of a pain...

    free 130gal

people have large tanks set up in houses with crawl spaces. What's the difference in that and a 3rd floor. the flooring system is built the same whether its the 1st or 3rd floor. I would have a structural engineer take a look at it. The big question is which way are the floor joices(sp.)...

they came out of seperate tanks at the lfs. But I heard tomato clowns are more apt to take any anemene. I put them in the QT with nothong else in there for him to hide. So he was almost forced to take it. Now they're in the main tank and everything is great. Except my domino keeps try to get...
