    I have used instant ocean "reef crystals" for years. now that deeJeff has twisted my arm (and he gets a kick back ) i started using aqua vitro

    The method i use is drop the ammonia first, when i see the ammonia is going down i put some shrimps or just drop some food daily, that way i don't put to much ammonia and keep the cycle going on ok so this may get me thrown off the site but WTF

    Ok this is my opinion; take it for what it’s worth. First you need to start with the understanding of the nitrogen cycle. Basically it is the cycle of organic material from ammonia to nitrites to nitrates and then nitrogen gas. Without this conversion we could not maintain our tanks. I am sure...
