testing the fuge with water today, looks like everything worked properly hopefully it will when all hooke to the tank as well. the center bay where the skimmer is going to be, water depth is 9" hope that isnt too deep. let me know what you guys think

just started the water test on the sump/fuge today, center bay is where the skimmer is going to be and the water depth in there is 9" is that too deep or just about right? let me know what you guys think

its going to be right to left, fuge, skimmer, return it is going to drain full speed into skimmer bay in the middle and drian controled by a ball valve into the fuge then return to the tank from the far left bay

spacing is 1 1/4" and i think im going to run a mag drive 12 for a return

kinda sux you gotta do everything all over again as far as sand and rock. atleast it is enjoyable to stock a tank

oh yeah i had a question too about the water level in the sump, how deep can it be for the skimmer to operate fully or properly? can someone show a picture of their sumps with skimmers in there

did bill cut you any deals when you bought all your stuff for your 210? or when you bought all the new stuff? i spent like 1500 there in one day at the dubuque store and didnt get a nickle off anything. i dont understand why they are so tight there.

i am going with the G3 for my 125 so i think you should do the G3 also or maybe even the G4. are you planning a reef? if so i would look at the G3, just my opinion, maybe someone with more experience should chime in though?

yes i am going with the 3x150 hqi aqualight pro, the skimmer i chose was the ASM G3, where do i get loc line at? i want 2 outputs comming of each return line.

so you guys think a sohal and achilles would have issues even in a reef setting with lots of caves? i know the sohal gets big but i really want one and of course i would have future plans for him when it came to be that time.
