    Is this sabae anemone healthy?

It's looking better!! You're obviously doing things right so keep it up and hopefully after you get the MHs it will start thriving!!

    Hardness question

KH is just another unit of measure. It's a German scale of carbonate hardness.

    Lighting Question?

Are the MHs 250w? Not to much light at all. I'd keep the PCs and use then for dusk/dawn and extra light. If possible I'd remove the tank's glass cover. Doing so will allow the tank to breath, better gas exchange, better evaporation for cooling, etc.

    Tank Cleaning

I think most people leave the back alone. Before long it should be covered with coralline which IMO is a nice looking back ground for a reef.

    Water quality question

Water changes will help your nitrates. What do you currently have to combat the nitrates?? skimmer, refuge, DSB, etc? The phosphates are also high. Between the nitrates and phosphate you may get a algae bloom at any time. Calcium at 400 is fine but low in relation to your alkalinity. Your...

    Calcium Trouble!

The turbo calcium says that you should be using Kalkwasser before you start the turbo. I'm not sure why they say that... the idea is to use a product like turbo calcium and a buffer to get your levels where you want them and then use the kalk water to keep them there.

    Alk readings abyssmal 5.60 HELP!

First thing you need to do is test your calcium to see if it's low. If it is low then you can add some calcium to balance things out. 15.7dkh or 5.60 meq/L (both are units of measure for alkalinity) is on the high side. Somewhere between 8.0dkh and 12.0dkh is acceptable. To directly answer...

What do you feed your Candy Cane coral?

Typically nothing... but they will catch debris from the water and accept small meaty foods. I feed mine frozen formula 1 or Cyclop-eeze sometimes for fun.

    Hardness question

GH= general hardness, more used in freshwater. Typically in saltwater KH, dkh and meq/L are used as the measurement unit for alkalinity.
