    That is a good deal, I paid close to 700 when they first came out it is the 1/5 hp one. If you dont plan on getting a larger tank go with the 1/10 one if you plan to upsize get the 1/5hp

    My wife works at a glass shop, they scratced this guys acrylic motorcycle windshied and used meguires polish, the kind you get at an auto parts store to remove the scratchs. Just a suggestion

    you can buy macro algaes pretty much anywhere, SWF.com seels some kinds. Although I do not suggest you put them in your DT.

    PO4=phosphate hair algae use it to grow off of, have you bottled water tested for it. or else get a RO/Di unit to totally remove it.

    you need to fing out what is causing the algae, are you using tap water, over feeding?

    I run a arctica from JBJ lighting, and have never had a problem with it, keeps the tank between 78-79 all the time.
