    maybe you can put some empty snail shells in there for the hermit to relocate to.. so that you could take it's existing shell and attach it permanently to live rock or something.. better chance to survive and grow.. but awesome deal!

    got any fish in there? i'd still try the trap... if no fish in there.. try starving it out.. don't feed the tank for a few days, then one night place a piece of food in the open.. once it comes out to eat, nab it with a net.

    i usually still acclimate from qt to main tank.. no water can be exactly the same.. unless they're taken from the same source... just my opinion.. i found the firefish to be fragile as well.. i hear you gotta pay for shipping again so not sure if it's worth it.. best to call em and double...

    nope.. don't take it out.. at minimum, the worm will create a new crown.. but don't be surprised if the worm moves out of it's tube and goes else where.. if so, it just means that something is def not right and it needed to move elsewhere. unfortunately, i don't know what else can be causing it...
