none of this fish will be happy in your tank. the only tang that you tank can sustain is a cole tang or maybe a small foxface. don't get mad and don't listen like a lot of people on this site. your fish will not get better so just do them a favor and find them a nice new home.

i can't really tell from the pic but i am going to tell you that anemones aren't a very hardy animal. as soon as you see symptoms of death: 'bleaching, almost appears to be melting' i would take it out immediately. anemones have a tendancy to foul the water when dying.

they could be in the process of splitting...mushrooms tend to 'frill up' when they split. mine did it too.

no it should be alright. you may be lacking flow. what size tank and what kind of powerhead's or pumps do you have hooked up?
