nope, 14 k just right! lol It depends what you're looking for in your light too, 10k's are far more intense than 20k's.

My calcium is always around 550 on my 20 gl reef because i cant keep it down when i use it. Fair results so far though. Only dose every other day, IMO.

I second the above post. I have been reefkeeping for almost two years now and about 2 months ago I started using RO water. I have noticed a great improvement in the health or my corals, the overall appearance of my tank, and my water quality.

hwo big is the tank? if its 100 plus gallons i would say go for it especially if it's going to be a fully loaded reef tank.

its been set up for about 6 months now, but the rock has been in my tansk for about 2 years.

My pet co has PREMIUM LR for 5.49, so heeey ;) but their servicd sucks, and the tanks are all with gravel. lol. not into the whole thing too much

yeah I just dosed with purple up and it hadnt dissolved completely yet. But the clown is about 2.5 in.

He is still doing about the same, although he has been bothered a little bit by this recent heat wave here in california which had my tank temp jumpin' up a little bit ;( But hopefully he is on the way back to sucess.

Im not sure what you're worried about with the seeding? It wont have any effect on your corals :)
