i am thinking about getting a small yellow tang for my 65g reef. are they hardy, easy to keep fish? are they prone to ich, like the hippo tang? i need it to help my tank with an algae problem.

thanks for the reply, wax32. my tank is about 3 months old. i have no snails. and for water changes i am using that tap water purifier. i will be getting a yellow tang here pretty soon, and how many snails should i get?

i have a 65g reef with two 250 watt halides, and the brown algae on the sand, and rocks is getting to be a problem. is there and effective way to get rid of it? :help: any sand sifters i should get? i have the lights running 9 hours a day, is that to much? thanks. :help:
