I dont think it will hurt, they like strong flow, Do you see the polups apear when lights are on? mine get fuzzy looking in the dark

I did a search on Alk and got very conflicting results, What is considered to be good #s for Cal and Alk? Im at 460ppm Cal, and alk is 5 meq, Am I OK?

Newreefers ,Yes I was there today, have the same kit, those kits were developed by a previous owner, a little tricky but works ok for me, I tested today 10 drops which = 460ppm calcium, my alk is 5, so im in good shape:) Which LFS do you frequent? I live in Coral Springs
