Your right!! Going to 430 gallons from a 45 is quite a jump and was part of the plan to begin with. The 45 was the learning system. That way when I started the larger systems we (Corals and me) would be in better shape! Sometime next month I'll start posting pictures and may even do a website...

Debbers - I'll agree that it is nice to pick the rock by hand, but it's not always economically feasible. I'll be needeing 645 lbs soon and there is just no way I'll pay the LFS $8 - $9 lb when I can buy it off the net much cheaper.

I've got a Euro-reef CS12-1. I'll be connecting both my 180 and 250 to the same sump and PS in January. So although I haven't started using it I did a ton of research and have heard nothing but praise about them!
