how long did it take for your tang to show ich? how long has he been in ur tank? i would def reccomend hypo

+1 on petswarehouse internet is best for corals though by far!

the only thing i have at the moment is red rust mushrooms that are beautiful.. i can send pix, just email me... andre_v@hotmail.com i plan on adding more corals, but i'm doing it one at a time....

i bought them from johhny a while back.. i have regualer lighting and started out with 15 kinda small ones, no i have over 30 mushrooms and are extremely beautiful!!!!!!!! would der buy these over any :jumping: others!

i had one in my 75 that did really well.. BUT he out grew the tank in no time, like 3 months, he was a monster!!!!! i still have a kole and hippo that are doing extremely well and love it in there... one of my friends has a sailfin in a 30gallon for over five yrs now! :scared: (not recommened...

i can get anything out.... use a net to scare him into a corner where you hold a pithcer in the other hand, you can "scare" him in there and scoop him right up, i've caught tangs this way, all under 10 min..... u can also trap them against the glass and in the pitcher, just becareful u don't...

well,i just read that some where...not sure if its true, but i'm going to skip carbon an see what happens without it! is is ok to run no carbon? i have an emperor 400 filter.........my blue hippo has a little hlle, all my reading are where they should be too.. maybe i'll ditch the carbon?

i hypoed 4 of my tangs which all i had ich b4 i placed them in my display tank.. hypoing def works... i make sure to hypo at .009 for at least 2 weeks and then i raise the salt back over week.... one time it was in my main tank.. i took all the fish out, hypoed them as mentioned above but for 6...

60 for a baby purple tang that is in my tank now, a lot of you are paying too much!
