i am getting a 45 gal tank with 1 coral beauty 2 percula clowns a yellow tang and some sort of anenome. i want to get a starfish but dont know what kind to get. i was thinking a chocolate chip star but dont know. do you have any recomendations for starfish?

i was wondering if they eat hermit crabs because i was considering puting one in my tank but did not want it to eat my hermits :help:

you should only turn your lights on 7 hours a day and maybe gets some turbo snails

:speak: you should feed your anenomes every three days and yes you should varie the diet or give it a mixture food like formula 1 or 2

:speak: ive heard that they are excape masters so if anyone gets one i would rocomend good tank covers can they can even lift open panels at the top of tanks

i use a brush i just take it out of the water and give it a good scrub and then put it back in my tank :speak:

no you should not feed them just leave the lights on for long periods of time and it should grow back :rotfll:

you will have to have an awful big aquarium like 10 000 gal :eek:

yes bubble tip corals are known to split it is just goin to get you two corals:) and then after a while three thats why i like them so much

um a 125 gal wit -2 bubble tip anenomes because they can split and make more -2 percula clowns -1 flame angel -1 blonde naso tang -1 copper band butterfly -1 sailfin tang 300 gal aggresive (wont happen anytime soon) -1 tesselata eel - 1 green moray somethin else aggressive like a trigger or puffer

i say blue leged hermits and around 15-20 and definitly you should buy some empty shells cause if you have any turbo snails or any other snails they might kill them for their shells

yah you cant really have anything for a clean up crew it will be eaten

yah mine does that with my new power head two its funny

yah when tamato clowns grow up they can get pretty aggressive the one at my lfs when someone puts there hand in it tries to bite them and also the trigger and the eel will probly eat the hermits sooner or later

only usually when they are scared of something or to make itself look big so the other fish dont pick on it or eat it
