    I have a 125gal tank, it's fowlr and l/s. I know I don't need special lighting but I like the look of the blue light. I have standard lights that came with the tank 2(36" fluorescent aquarium reflector 120volts/36watt/and 60hz. Something that shows off my fish and is good for the l/r and l/s.

    If your water is great I don't think you should be looking into any other kind of filteration, unless your looking at biological filteration. "If it's not broke, do not fix it."

    What if I had a ick break-out and I put my fish in a hospital tank. The ick is still inside the tank? Am I right? What steps do I then take? I'm just asking because a guy at the lfs brought this to my attention and I didn't have a answer. I wondered would I just have to replace everything.
