    Curing my live rock

based upon what you are saying, I am assuming you haven't cycled your display tank yet. I believe that once the rock is cured, it will not aide in cycling the new tank. You will need to use a piece of shrimp (or live fish depending on how you feel about torturing little fishies) to cycle the...

    sump/fuge in FOWLR

i would say its worth it just for the volume of water. You will still need to be vigilant about your water condition, but the more water, the more fogiving the system will be IMO.

    Curing my live rock

is your 75g filled with water and cycled? If not, you will need to cycle again. Using the uncured rock in your main tank will cycle that water. do not use the ps yet. if you are going to continue to cycle the lr in the 30g tub, I would add another ph unless you are getting enough water...

How to get air out of my overflows.

here is a crude example of what baffles do. as the water flows from left to right (for this pic), you force the water to move up and down giving the air bubble more opportunity to escape

    Cleaner Shrimp Scare!

It would depend on when the last time it molted was (unless they molt from stress which I don't think they do). The cleaner I had molted every few months or so. If you leave the shell in, the crabs will make quick work of it, or you can simply remove it. Just your preference. I have not had...

    A new colony

I do agree that that first pic does look like aptasia, but I have had an encounter with those little #$%^&'s before, and I am positive these are not aptasia. Some type of feather duster as waterfaller1 said.

    A new colony

This next pic is immediately after spraying with water. You can see they retracted back into their tubes. Aptasia do not do that.

    A new colony

I think it is the picture quality. Take a look at the following. This pic is right before I spray with water. You can see them out of their tubes.
