I have a NW-200 on the way too and I read that it is supposed to be set at 9-12 inches. I have my baffles set at 9.

Your correct, the only filtration I have now is the LR. I don't think I could move this tank at all without totally emptying it again. Right now it looks like my only option might be to find a very slim overflow to plumb down to a sump or wet/dry. Does anybody know if anybody makes one this...

You do know you will need a special ballast for VHO, right? Something like an Icecap 430 or 660 which is going to run you another $140-160. You will also need some VHO endcaps.

I use a quality flake food (Formula One) that contains many different types of seafoods and algaes which include plankton, squid, krill, clams, kelp, herring, and brine(all of which are found in the ocean) along with extra vitamins and immune boosters. At the very least it is still way better...
