As already mentioned, fish are cold-blooded animals and if previously well fed can go several days without eating. Feed them as soon as you get home, check water level, salinity, temperature, all that. You should be good! I am concerned about your freshwater fish because it is always better...

the damsels first for sure. then maybe the goby. the invertebrates should be some of the last to introduce. and i would say the clown later too, b/c i've never had luck introducing clowns into a tank that's not established, although they are considered to be hardy. Good luck!

yeah you can never have too much filtration/skimming. I have a skimmer in the sump of my 125 gal. that is actually designed for up to 300 gal. tanks.

I introduced my cleaner shrimp into the tank after the fish had already been in there for months. As soon as I let the shrimp out of the bag my emperor angel and heniochus butterfly went up to him and wanted to be cleaned. Those two still get cleaned by him every now and then... the butterfly...
