IMO, I would add more rock. Also do you have normal rock/granite in your tank? If so, I would remove those, they will leach minerals and contaminates into your tank that you may not want. Also rock like that are too dense and won't aid in natural filtration of your tank.

IMO, your tank is still too new, I would wait. Powder Blues are harder to keep and are very susceptable to ICH. I tried one, when my tank was too new... I lost him. Save your money and wait a bit.

I have used ELOS exclusively, but just ordered a Seachem Calcium and Mg kits... They are a bit more work to use, but I can say they seem very accurate and for the dollar you get alot more tests than ELOS or the others.
