    The hippo is only 1 inch and is doing just fine, once it outgrows the tank it will be moving to something bigger.

    I have a FOWLR 40G tank and my 4 fish stay on one side of the tank. False Percula 2 Firefish Gobies Blue Hippo Tang Is this normal, on the other side of the tank is a powerhead that swivels left and right, there is also an adequate amount of rock on that side of tank.

    Update: Water Temperature: 77.9 Ammonia: 0 Nitrite: 0 Nitrate: 20 PH: 8.2 Specific Gravity: 1.023 (Will try to get this up to 1.025 after some evaporation) Currently have 37 pounds of Live Rock, 9 small Hermits, 2 Emeralds, 3 Turbo Snails, 2 Damsels and one Camel Back Shrimp.

    Went to my LFS and bought a new test kit that tests PH, Nitrates, Nitrites and Ammonia. Tested some of my water at the store and PH was 7.8-7.9, Nitrites were 0 and Ammonia was 0.25. I found out I had been leaving my light on to long so I bought a timer and will leave it on for 7 hours a day...
