    Unless you have a Q-tank you have no choice but to add them unless you have a friend nerby that also has a tank. Your water should only get better form this point on just slow down adding new this to your saetup.

    Just like trying to mate lots of animals, I would buy a least six of them depending on how big your tank is. Make sure you have exclent water quality and use proper supliments. Then let nature take its course, also you might want to search on the internet for a book on mating crabs.

    Since I sold my last reef tank (traveled to much this summer) that was sad. I ready for a new one. I'am going to buy a 60 Gallon hex from petland with cabnetor an 85 Hex from perfecto also with a cabnet put 3-4 live Deep sand bed. Live rock 50-80 Lbs depending on sizebuilt up in the middle...

    What ever you buy, get the better quality stuff you will end up replacing junk skimmers and pumps and cheap light down the road. Metal Halide's use alot of electricty but look the coolest and your corals will love them, also you don't have to replce the bulbs half as offen as you need to...

    I would leave the wet/dry at the pet store there expensive and help produce alot of nitrates I never had one on my reef tank and never had any sort of water quality problems.

    which skimmer ?

    There both a good choice, I would go with the newer Prizm because its the lastest technology. Berlins are also a good choice, you might save a couple bucks with teh prizm also. ED

    when theose H. crabs get bigger they will push over the live rock and make a mess in you tank, I grew up on eastern long island, I've have seen them 20" long. Thats big! ED

    I bought a hagen nuta and its junk. I would buy one online and stick with a repuable dealer, unless you want your fish to starve. Loook at the Eheim's can't go wrong with that name. ED

    Sal T. go with the 440 watts of VHO and run it from a Icecap 660 they are so efishent you won't even notice it in you electric bill. ED
