i have right now some fish that i could tear into chunks for him. it's raw flounder or something. would that be ok?
I've been totally confused by all the different ideas from all the different sources.
I know... everyone has an opinion and I can't say my opinion is better than someone else's.... it's just what works for me.
But on the krill thing. Do a google for Kelli Jedlicki and krill. I don't know where the studies are in their progress, but I just asked someone if they had heard anything official yet. Until I know more, I've stopped using krill.

Yes.
Use a big variety of foods. Mix it up.
ok. I was worried about the shrimp and fish and squid thing. b/c people kept telling me that I cant feed these things from the grocery store b/c they are cooked. but if it's raw... then... umm... that's where I got stuck. I guess I will keep the krill for my shrimp and starfish. Thanks for the help cranberry... sorry for highjacking your thread by the way.
It's full and running. Today we'll be setting up the Reefkeeper Elite, some of the electrical and adding the sand. This sand was really dusty and I was rinsing literally for hours last night.
But first it's friends and BBQ (and Reefkeeper Elite... he has one so he's gonna help me out
I'm going to be so stressed moving these guys. I hope they'll like the new tank.
The lights came! Time to build the light cover and bend some 3/4" pipe!
The Reefkeeper Elite is having issues and I'm doing a back and forth thing with Digital Aquatics to find the source of the problem. RKE float switch and new pH and Orp probes on the way.
Guess I should start testing too to see where I am with that.
