Look at this huge error!!! This sucks but I'm not going to rebuild. I have faith in the integrity of the stand. The front left posts are not straight at all going up and down. However the top where the stand will sit is. I feel with the skin going around it will support it from bowing out. This is very disappointing but I'm moving on with it The 3 posts are just about dead center level.
Well I was able to correct some of the error. It doesn't help that my garage floor isn't level either but I can work with this. I got a lot done tonight.
Looks good Bob!!!!! When you start your poly coats, are you going to try the 0000 steel wool between coats......I use to use the 0000 steel wool, but the micro mesh is definitely a better choice between the 2.....
I will try and pick some up. I've been thinking about my sump and the design. I'm wondering if I want the flow to be high thru the fuge then will it be necessary to T off of the return? So it would go skimmer fuge then return.
Looking good Bob.....the door cutouts look super clean. Trust me we all have little imperfections with our stands.....but as mentioned a little trim can take care of things.
I don't see an issue of running a highet flow through the fuge. I'm not entirely of the "thinking" that there was flow should be slow. I'm not saying mad blowing but definitely not slow.
If I did run the fuge that way I could have all the same baffle heights right? I have to look back can't remember what we decided on max height I thought it was 13"?
