I've read about the SS number conspiracy. The main conspiracy was based on the first 3 digits of his SS number, the card would've been from New Jersey (or Connecticut or one of those eastern states), and he was born in Hawaii. However, back when they were distributing SS Cards, they used the MAILING address of the application, not the address of residence. Apparently he had relatives living in the New Jersey area at the time, and he was living/staying with them when he requested a card.
It was conneticut. Actually there is a case before the 9th circuit now that touches on this..

This whole line of discussion is a loser for anyone wanting to get Our Lord and Savior out of the White House after 2012. Even if all these accusations are true, no one but the conspiracy theorists care. I like reading all the "did you hear" things and speaking of the merits of the proof of the claims. But if this gets interjected into the campaign, Obama wins by a landslide. Watch Fox news. They have done dozens of polls on this and every way the question is asked, the people overwhelmingly have said it makes no difference and it hurts the politicians who float it.

This was bad mojo for the fringe that kept it going. Even if (and I never believed he was) Our Lord and Savior was born in Kenya, I would bet my paupers kingdom that 90% of Americans wouldn't care at all. And every poll, including all republicans, said the overwhelming majority didn't care. Why so many "conservatives" pushed this is beyond me. Did they really think a democrat controlled congress would do anything even if he was born somewhere else?
So, 90% of the People don't care about the Constitution? That is the only reason to push the issue. IF it were revealed Mr Obama was born in Kenya, then by the Constitution, there would be no course but to remove him from office, and place Mr. Biden in the office. The Constitution is clear in this matter. D,R, or I would have no choice but to abide by the Constitution.
I'd say this should have been taken care of as soon as any candidate entered the race.

The constitution requires only natural born us citizens be eligable but doesn't define natural born us citizen. That is left up to US code. The code says any child born abroad is a citizen if one parent is a us citizen who lived in the country 5 years before the birth and 2 of those years were beyond the parent's 14th birthday. Obama mama meets that requirement so unless you think she isn't his mom he meets the requirement no matter where he is born. If you've ever seen a picture of her there is little doubt he's her kid. It is also not possible for his citizenship to be renounce until he is 14 years old and then has to be done in the presence of a embassy office who is convinced he understands what he is doing. In short unless he was born on another planet he's eligable to be president. Move on to the issues that matter and quit giving the left wing media the tools to smear everyone who sees through 0bama's crap. We got to get rid of this guy and this stuff isn't going to help do that.

Where's the love reef? Obama isn't any worse than Bush. Or did you forget this continual recesssion we're in started in his last two years of office? If you want to make changes, make them in Congress where the actual work is supposed to occur. Just don't do it using the fanatical Ultra-Right Conservatives. The economy is still in the dumps, and you have Boehner and Co. spending all their energy trying to figure out how to take down Planned Parenthood, and trying to find a lawyer willing to stay around to kill the Same Sex Marriage Laws. These guys need to get their priorities straight and quit spending all their time passing bills that only meet their personal agendas and religious convictions.

I personally hope the birthers keep trying to come up with reasons.... The number the republicans look to the middle the better in my mind! Along with a big chunk of the left I don't believe the president is far enough left. That being said if he was farther left we would probably not get anything done...... Anyways just saying if you want to find reason this birth certificate is not real go ahead please please do... The white house made a bad political move releasing it in the first place.

What is going to happen when the stimulus money runs out here in the near future? You can only blame Bush for so long. You complain about the wars, now we are in a third....that was your guy's doing. By the way, where are the war protesters now? Guess the war is ok now that Obama and their guy is backing it? You say change congress? This guy SIGNS the bills. Not far enough left? You got your healthcare ( how is that working out now), you got your huge spending bills, increases in social programs, what more do you want this guy to do? Ban oil and force every american to plant 6 trees in their yard? I am glad your boy took the birthers serious though....it shows he will capitulate to appease crazy people....but then again we already knew that..........

Wow Darth ( I forgot who put the car in the ditch) tang, I forgot how much fun you are! That's not really my health care, mine would be single payer. See here is where I think Obama is in trouble. He is trying to hard to make to many people happy to much in the middle. Not far enough to make the right happy and too far to make the left happy. And what do you mean the republican agenda doesn't include getting rid of things they don't like for religious reason and blaming them on the budget. Kinda like dictator walker here in Wisconsin. Oh we have to strip union rights to balance the budget my butt. Then how come the state budget office says it balances with out it...just trying to pull some agenda crap. The republicans in Wisconsin will learn as of today five will face recall elections this year and just three the power will shift back to the democrats.

Bend over, reach in, and make up some more numbers. I would love to know your sources. Every info I have seen place the percentage of gdp at 45% in 2001, and ending at 65 to 68% in 2008. Now we are roughly 90 to 95% with the the end of 2011 estimated to be 105%. In 2-3 obama has far edxceeded bush. Let's compare average unemployment. Hell obama can't even get unemployment to drop below bush's highest number.

Boehner and the boys wanted to cut federal funding for abortions. End of story...cutting federal costs.....they cqved on that and still cut a few billion off the budget. What was obama gonna cut from the bloated budget?
