Clown fishes

I'm sure all of you had a clown fish before right? I have read articles online and they say they get aggressive if not introduced at the same time, I want to QT the fish tho, and they say one fish at a time... I only want a pair in my tank... Will they fight? Or should I QT them together?

Any pair fish should be added together. As long as the tank is big enough to house them. Clowns are commonly added as a pair. The one exception is maroons,and tomatoes they are difficult to pair

The only caveat to that is if you want to breed and raise the offspring. If you get two Ocellaris from a store they are likely captive bred and also probably siblings. If they are wild caught then no worries with buying them together.

I'm not going to raise babies, I'm not that pro yet(;
