Ok, so if I got this right. You bought LR and had it shipped...... you then put that rock in your tank and have been curing it for 29 days. I think using the term you bought cured rock may be throwing some people off. You did buy pre-cured rock and that is a type of cured rock that has to, once received, be cured again. The process you have been going through the last 29 days is the curing process.
What fish do you need to feed???? Do you have fish???? I am thinking not....confusing.

You used established/cured LR from the LFS correct?
There should have been little to no "die off" durring the trip home, especially if you had it in saltwater. Meaning curing isnt needed. Plus your already 4 weeks into this. Looks like your spike already came and went. Its now on the down slide, in fact Im betting your pretty much bottomed out now.
Add your small CuC and even a fish or two. Your ready.
My Dads' 29g cube project had a light load of 1 shrimp,5 hermits, 5 snails, and two damsels from Day one(I objected of course). He used LR straight from the LFS to the tank. The cycle has already peaked and is now on the down slide after 2 weeks. Everything lived! It was a really gentle cycle.
Using LR from the LFS or especially an established tank makes the cycle go much faster. Looks like yours lasted barely 4 weeks.
My 125DT cycled in two weeks, but I waited almost 4 just in case.
Moral of the story, I give you a green light for about a dozen mixed(cheap ones, no need to put in the $40 shrimp) inverts. And one or two SMALL fish you have on your stockist. Start doing your water changes, and your good to go.
PS, blue chromis are awesome fish. Good choice for cheap starter fish. I have 3 in mine. They are the goldfish of the sea. Will live in toilet water ^_^
They are super docile! They're version of fighting is to turn around and kiss each other. The one with the biggest mouth wins, and gets to lead the pack. I call my trio the noob crew.
no i bought my lr online as cured live rock. but my lfs told me i have to recure it before my cycle will start. i told him what my levels have been recently and he said i have maybe a week left. he said i needed to prep the bacteria for a bioload & i can do this by feeding my casper fish. he said once nitrite is at 0 & ammonia stays at 0 get a cuc

so i am rearranging the rocks, again. i have a nice flat rock that i am trying to make a nice big central cave with. i have such large pieces it is proving rather difficult. i have to wait till the dust settles a little before i can continue. thankfully the hubby is at work. i see it this way, if i am spending all this money i want to be happy with it. so he can get over it lol

Oh, I was under the impression you bought it from your LFS friend, and took it right home.
Taking it from an established holding tank such as another Reefer, or a LFS who has it hooked up to their systems really speeds up everything.
Get your light CuC, your perfectly fine.
And if you want(optional) you can handle a SMALL bio-load from a hardy fish. Nothing huge or advanced such as a tang, but your small Blennie or Boby and the like would do just fine.
If you want to wait a couple more weeks that's also good. I'm just saying that throwing in a $20 fish isn't going to cause a system crash.
And for the record..I missed it. WHat is your filtration setup?
Thats going to determine the bio-load in the long run...and how fast you can keep adding new fish.
