I just have never had this much top off before...I had more evap after I took glass lids off and added the eggcrate, but nowhere near this much

LOL...At first I was scared of this contraption, now I feel good about it...I think it is the only thing I have gotten that I ahve not screwed up in one way or another...a lot of my eras were before I found this site, and also before JOE....

OH yeah...I had thrown about 5 bio balls in the pump side...yesterday when I got home from work one had gotten stuck in the pump.....IDK how...so I took the few out...forgot to tell you that

I still like the Bio Balls put a small piece of egg create in front of the intake of the pump

well my filter bags are supposed to arrive Saturday...question though...there isn't very much movement on the pump side of the sump...don't the bio balls need movement?

Seriously...if it wasn't for Joe I would have a plastic container with water under my tank...now I have a beautiful refugium...I even open the cabinet doors and look at it....I know I'm weird

Umm how can I say this and still be politically correct. NO the balls do not need to move, just have water flow around and through them. This comes to you from a Sicilian Brooklyn born and raised guy
