I'm predicting a Oregon/KC State NC game. Odds makers still don't think A&M can beat Alabama, but I think they'll keep it close enough that it may have the same effects that the Pitt game had on Notre Dame.
The difference is that A&M is a much, much better team than Pitt. I know if I had a vote, winning a close game against A&M is worth much more than back dooring your way over a win against Pitt, at home no less. I still can't believe that kicker from Pitt missed that chip shot for the win. That's gonna haunt that poor guy forever...

Yeah, my wife was wondering what was going on from another room when I screamed "Nooooo! I can't believe that happened!" after that kick.

I'm neither a Pitt or Notre Dame fan, but when it comes to college football, I'm always pulling for the underdog. Love seeing an upset that will shake up the standings. Just adds more fuel to the fire that the NCAA needs to go to a broader playoff system than the feeble attempt that they're making in 2014.

Yeah my band was playing a show Saturday night, and we couldn't set up cause they had that game on the big screen that was over the stage. As soon as I saw Pitt line up for the field goal, I started to load stuff in, cause I thought it was over. As I was coming back form the trailer I hear a big collective "nooooooooo!" as I'm walking in. I couldn't BELIEVE he missed it!

Bama has two possible loses. AM and Georgia in the title game. Oregon K State would be an entertaining championship gain.

I was reading in the paper this morning where Saban was whining about A&M's hurry-up offense. He doesn't think teams should play like that at the college level. He worries that players will get hurt if they don't have time to get set and ready for the play. WAAAAAA!
No, he's been working his defense this week on how to defend that kind of offense, and apparently they suck at it. Excuses, excuses.

Watch him come out with a hurry up offense.

Actually the article stated he'd never do it. He's "old school". Then again, could be a mental ploy to try and throw A&M off. I don't think you could make that kind of drastic change in under a week. He's having problems with the defense adjusting. You think he'd try to risk a completely new offensive strategy at this juncture of the season?

No sec in nat tile water still a good game I hope Oregon and Noter dane i think tht would be a good game
I bet everyone in the SEC has suddenly become a USC fan. Them beating Notre Dame last game of the Season and Oregon in the PAC title game would land the SEC winner in the NC game with K State.

K State will have to beat Texas then Likely Oklahoma to go undefeated. Not a sure thing at all. I also don't like Oregon's chances at beating USC again if it comes to that.

That isn't an earthquake in Texas, Bionic is watching the Bama A&M Game. LOL!
LOL. I was actually sitting at the UTSA/McNeese State game watching the A&M game streaming on my laptop. I ended up with about 10 people hovering behind me, and there was a couple of times where the Aggies made a big play, and we started yelling and cheering. In the interim, there wasn't much going on down on the field. People were looking at us like we were crazy...

I think the Ga Bama game is gonna be for the NC. After watching ND play SC with SC starting a rookie QB I don't think they can hang with either of those teams.

It's odd. All season I have been saying that Notre Dame has no business being on the same field as the "good" teams from the SEC. Then they go and beat Stanford. They crush Oklahoma, on the road no less. They somehow stumble by Pitt, then slip by USC at the Colliseum. They are one of those teams that seems to play right up to the level of whoever they are playing, and always somehow find a way to get the win. The eye test says that Alabama or Georgia would crush Notre Dame, but I could absolutely see them pulling out a last mine 17-14 type win. Defense wins, and they have defense... Should be interesting to say the least...

I think Obama should pardon Ohio St., let them leap frog either Alabama or Georgia, and see how well they match up with Notre Dame for the BCS Championship.

I think the SEC top to bottom is usually over ranked but Bama looks really good. Now it could be that ND just slipped up against Pitt and the PAC 12 is greatly underrated which would explain ND's Stanford and USC games. Once the bowl games start we'll get a better idea. On paper Notre Dame played the tougher schedule but didn't look over powering doing it. They remind me of the last couple Ohio State teams to get to the game. You got these hints that made you think, How did these guys end up here?
