Ordered new corals

Hubby went to the local SWF store today and they had a 12 head piece of duncan frag and it was $150. When he told the guy what we had paid for ours the guy was incredulous. Then he told him what we paid for the zoa's LOL

The duncans are out more today than yesterday, but not fully out. In about 10 minutes I am going to attempt to entice them to come out with some mysis.
While at the LFS, the salesman gave me a frag plug to put the zoas on. he also gave me the "just do it ya baby" speech so I now have to look for some superglue to get this done. And yea, I dropped his jaw with the price on our duncans. He was sure it came from an auction site.

I have a tube of "the original super glue" liquid and not gel. Will this work or do I need to run to sprawlmart to get the gel?

I agree with the above statement, also, as soon as you place the zoas onto the plug dunk it in the water. The process that actually cuases the glue to harden is exothermic meaning it gives off heat and the heat might kill the zoa.

Just got word from the online store, this is what they said they had for lighting:
"I am using 250w radium bulbs (20,000k) in lumen brite reflectors."

I did the fragging myself and will post the video as soon as it has finished uploading.

Well, hubby didnt kill them like he had thought. I think he did ok, except there might be a 3rd one on the middle of the rock. He will have to look at the original pics as well as the frag itself. Here is what got cut off:

And here are the duncans as they begin to open, from the side

and from the top

nice work. loos perfect.
Just watch them closeley for a few days and make sure they stay put.
It's very hard to find a polyp in a 10g frag tank let alone a full system.

Yea, there is a 3rd one in the middle of the frag. if you look at the original picture you can see a polyp thats not open, that happens to be one of these green skirt ones. I have no Idea how I am going to get it off there and onto the new frag plug.
