Get the stuff that aint bagged. And if u have to ask make sure it raws and uncooked.
Get taht go to the pet stores and buy some pellets and flakes. and mysis and brine. Cycloopeze, garlic, glaric juice, silversides, otcopus, squid and shrimp. Marine snow, Phytoplankton. Think thats whats all in mine Grind it all up and freeze it. I put mine in those little ice cube trays.
I actually just made me 4 ice trays full on Sunday. Should last a yr+

Sounds great to me. Fish go APE SH!T when u put in home made food lol...
Plus it last way longer and gives them a better diet.
Oh yeah Krill is good to.
And I use the freeze dired Cyclopeeze. I havent ever had the frozen kind.

ok, thx thats what I heard about the fresh food and I forgot about the Krill! Shopping list......
Oh and while I have you here, have you ever kept two fire shrimp together?
They are my fav, but last time I purchased two, one destroyed the other in the bag on the way home...

Ive actually never had a fire shrimp/ But I always thought u could keep as many of those as u wanted together smae with cleaner shrimp?
I hate shrimp cuz Ive had to cleaner shrimp in my 3 yrs of reek keeping and they both kiled my Zoas! And now I dont like em. Plus theyre a pain when ur trying to ffed ur coral all they do is take the food soon as u turn around!
And when u fixing the food it STTTTINKKKKKKKKKS!!
And honestly ull see ur fish color improve alot with ur homemade food. Seems like the black on my clownfish is so bright. And my Royal Gramma is ultra bright. And my Coral Beauty Angel is the pretttiest ive ever seen honestly!

Spent most of the night on SWF.com store. Looking for pulsing Xenia or Pom Poms for the wife. I also want to get some Ceriths for my BC29 and move some of the Nars's down to the BC14...when it comes.

oh, we also bought the supplies to make our own food.
1/4 lb. Scallops (mexico)
1/4 lb. Shrimp
1/4 lb. Squid
1 Dozen Clams
1/4 cup water
1 mL Selcon
30 mL Marine Snow
4 Cubes of Mysis
4 Cubes of Brine
10 cloves of Fresh Spinach
1 sheet of seaweed
4 cloves Garlic
Dash of Spectrum pellets
Mixed it all up and fit nicely in a ziploc (large). Smell was all that bad, spinach and garlic helped that. Gave the fish a little taste and voila, instant gratification. Rebel you were right..
! Everyone came out for some, every snail, fish...I was waiting for the bristleworms to come out...
