**PICS**NEW ADDITIONS**
These MUST be the last additions to the tank. There simply is no more room. Any future additions must only be replacements. There. I said it. I mean it too. Really. I know I've said that before but I mean it this time. Really....
First the OLD STUFF
Kedds Reds
These guys got dislodged from their perch by a large Astrea Snail a month-ish ago and fell into the rockwork never to be seen again. Then, a few weeks later, they appeared in the front cave, apparently pushed out by the same snail(s), perhaps from guilt. They were light pinkish from lack of light, but had somehow still reproduced. They colored back up nicely:

Watermelon Morphs and Tubbs Blue
These guys are finally starting to get with the program. They have been lethargic/pissy since they were introduced back in May:

Green Frilly Mushrooms and Xenia

The Green Mushroom was donated by member T316 as a single. It split , then split, then split. Curious it split along a line and not random. The Xenia is now officially out of control. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?!?...oh wait...you did.

Note the Turf War (upper left) between the Stunner Acro (left) and the Pokerstar Monti (right). Both were freebies mounted too closely in error.
Red with Blue Dot Mushrooms

Also donated by T316 as a single, now trying to overrun the zoas. WHY DIDN'T YOU...oh, right...

Candy Cane and Hammer

Continues to split and grow far beyond what the text led me to expect. The Hammer also continues to grow...Dottie says "Hi"

SPS Frags

The Rose Millie continues to bulk up and encrust, but little upwards growth. It has, however, grown metallic green polyp tips which are quite lovely.
The Purple/Green continues to encrust, bulk up and grow more tips. The anticipation of it bursting forth is excruciating. I can't seem to get a good pic of the Pearlberry frag, but it is also quite lovely with it's grey/tan/blue-green pearlescence.

Gotta do the Monti:

The time is coming when I have to cut this beast back...I dread that...
Random Zoas and Palys
Green Crosette, Green Meanies (flashlights) and Candy Apple Greens. I've moved them around a bit; I now satisfied.

NEW STUFF
Sunshine something-somethings

Purple Death

I look forward to them growing up next to the Nuclear Greens, I love that color combination

(sold as) Armor of Gods...Love these guys

(sold as) Tyree LE Tricolor Bali

I'm not sure about this guy; hard to figure out. It has colored up very nicely, has good tip growth, good encrusting growth and has popped out new tips from the base. But sometmes when I feed the tank, it pukes it's guts. I dunno... Good PE only just before lights on. Any advice is appreciated.

Beautiful tank! Such an inspiration...I must get me a monti after seeing that...and an elegance coral after seeing Gemmy's. I have been looking for those red mushrooms with blue dots. I found where they sell them but they have to be in stock, when I have the cash to spend on the tank. The new lights were first (I just ordered them) ....maybe next month....or LOL...next week.

Thanks Meow! Please post pics when you decide what to add. I've been very fortunate with color, most of which came from "happy accidents", combined with tagging along with you folks.

Looks great! The tank is very full!
(Of corals... lol)
That monti is simply amazing... my favorite coral in the tank.
Thanks JP!
The Monti certainly gets one's attention. My favorite coral in the tank changes, I have great anticipation of the purple/green acro.

Your tank is absolutely stunning. I love the pics.
Thanks Gemmy!!
I think "stunning" is a bit much; the tank is still a baby. Wait until those acros up top grow into the crowning glory, THEN, maybe it will look nice.

Ditch the softies and go all SPS. That's my advice. hehe
Looks great man. I got tank envy now.
Thanks Snake!
As I was pulling palys away from the monti and acro a couple of weeks ago, I remembered a post of yours about softies interfering with SPS in one of your earlier tanks and becoming more of an SPS only guy.
I can relate. Someday I will have an SPS only tank, maybe I can make that one my Damsel tank as well,

Someone, in a PM a year or so ago, gave me a cryptic answer to a simple question. It made me think more about flow. I believe the Monti has grown the way it has because of the flow granted from the MP10 duo.

Hey Joe - Happy New Year my friend - Looking great - your monti is amazing it must be a cupping one. Mine is growing great but not cupping like yours. How does your Ca hold up do you dose or just water changes. THanks for sharing - all the best in the new year.

Back atcha my friend!!
I'm convinced water flow is a major contributor to its shape. I manually dose Seachem Fusion 2 Part, currently at 10ml Calcium and 15ml Alkalinity. I also dose Seachem Advantage Mag according to weekly test results.
Hope you also have a great and productive 2012!
All I want right now is a full 60 minutes of hockey...we are awesome for 40 minutes, too bad the game is 60.....
