One where do you get these numbers? And even assuming they are accurate how does that make your point?
Two are the rich not americans do then not to deserve to better themselves? Why discount them? After all, Obama is rich...
Three obama is going around practically promising that he can change whatever it is you think needs changing. Or at least he is being reported as such.
BTW you never answered the question. Why propose a "surge" in Afghanistan if the "surge" didn't work in Iraq?
