LOl sorry that you have to be at Job #2 Meowzer, I used to work 2 jobs a lot also, but now its just one job for me.. Oh, I have thought about getting a second Job seeing that I am entering an addiction that costs money lol.. But I have not totally decided on that because if I did that when Would I have time to enjoy my addiction?? lol

LOL....I usually work 3-4 hours a week here total.....I come Mon....Tues and Thurs after my other job
The only reason I am still here now is cause Monday is money counting day, and the first week of the month the bank statements come in and I have to balance like 6 accounts

BUT....I'm gonna leave now and finish tomorrow....

Well my SG is 1.023 so I will have to add more LOL.. I was hoping after that last add that it would have been enough to bring it up so I will add another cup and see where that gets me.. lol

Let's see if I can post without getting an error message.

At least, you do not have to much further to go with the SG. When I started my first tank, I wasted like half a bag of salt. I made the water too salty and I put less than what the instructions said.

At least, you do not have to much further to go with the SG. When I started my first tank, I wasted like half a bag of salt. I made the water too salty and I put less than what the instructions said.
well if this dont work then it will have to wait until Friday because I used all the salt that I bought I only bought a small box to set this tank up

I knew I should have got the bag instead how dumb of me.. I only had a Half of cup left.. I planned on getting more friday, but thought I would have enough to set it up..

Do you know what a PITA it is to balance 6 accts....GRRRRR...My main job ( a church also) has 1 acct.....They mentioned opening another one once....I shot that down.....LOL

OH Corey there is a lot of water in that QT tank I was up until Midnight last evening getting it set up lol... I can say that, Yes its a QT, I have saltwater tank in my house.. LOL

Yes I have been getting that screen all evening also and its making me really mad because when I try to look at threads it does it and then sometimes I have to close out the window and reopen... GRRRR

I added that last 1/2 cup of salt and its still 1.023

I can not get anymore salt until I get paid Friday. Well I guess I will have to wait to get the Shrimp and throw it in.. I was hoping after work tomorrow that I could got get it and start the cycling Process, but I guess that will have to wait until Friday also.. And then can I still get the LR this friday also and put it in the tank if I can get the SG right in a short time??

Scott....1.023 is fine.....it's an empty qt.......and it will begin to cycle just the same

Give it a little while to mix, bud. Check it again in the morning and see what it says. 1.023 is not that far off the mark.

Ll Ok and it will be ok to add the salt Friday Evening and the LR also when I get it.. I could keep the LR in a Bucket with water and then add it later when I get the SG up to 1.025?
