Kudos to using the QT the first time around. Took me 3 fish before I decided to be picky. I mean I still dont have a QT tank, cuz I dont have room, but make sure the fish has been there for a while, and theres no sick fish that share water with it.
Cheers, good luck

yea i hope they dont get sick, but just in case they do, i will be prepared. i have no money to waste on dead fish, like a lot of people.

Yea I hear you. I would ghost feed the tank while its basically empty, so it doesnt lose its cycle. Just feed small amounts daily so the bacteria have something to feed on. Youre doing it right the first time like I said, thatll save you a LOT of pains of fixing stupid stuff

Yup, just a little bit of food every other day should hold you over nicely. I agree with paintballer, it is refreshing to see someone doing things the right way from the get go. You da man

Nice nice. You need some more LR!! Do it before you add corals, so that they dont settle in and it becomes a pain. I have something like 35-40 lbs in my 24

ok so havent had any updates lately but here it is. i am going to go get my CUC tomorrow, not the clownfish though, my QT isnt cycled yet

but anyways, i have a lot of hair algae in my tank right now, is there any inverts that would do a good job of getting rid of it. i was planning on getting bout 2-3 hermits, bout 5-10 snails, 2-3 peppermint shrimp, and thats bout it.
