I am starting to think about the skimmer for my 200G tank with a 75G sump/fuge. I have not decided on the DIY models, or to buy one that will take care of this setup. I have been looking at the ETSS models. What do you guys think?? This will be a reef setup after it is all done.

Building the sump and need to know a good distance to place the dividers in the tank. Also how tall should the outside dividers be, and how much room to leave above the bottom of the center divider. This is in a 75 gallon tank Thanks

Got it out, at least in little pieces. I had to use an automatic punch to break the glass into small bits then scrape them off with a hobby knife chissel. Took about an hour to finish. I held my breath with the first punch I made hoping not to break the aquarium. I have a new found respect...

The 2" hole in the bottom of my tank was covered with silicon then a piece of glass to seal it off. What is the best way to get the darn peice of glass unsealed. I have been fighting with a razor blade for about 20 minutes and have not made very much progress..... Thanks in advance

The stand will be covered after everything is plumbed. The wood is pressure treated so I probably wont paint it, the ply is exterior grade and I will probably use a waterproofer on it. The plan is to make the stand match my wifes antique china cabinet that is light oak, so it will be the last...

The fuge will only be around 30 gallons, but a little deeper than normal. I will probably go with the grow light in a short shop light if that works good enough and sell my NO ballasts and bulbs.
