yeah im sorry it will be 4x110 bulbs,will the pink hugh affect how my corals grow?

Im looking at upgrading from 230w pc to 440 watt vho,ive been to my lfs and there show tanks have like a pinkish hugh to them.I know most dont like it but id like to get close to it.I know i want to run uri bulbs and wondering what combination it would take to get a slight pink in there but yet...

so phos wont hurt the growth of corals?and what about strontium?

Im ordering several tests,mag,phos,alk,amon.I tested a new batch of water last week and cal was at 420,did the water change now its reading 380 wich means its depleting.I was just wondering what additives i will need seeing as how im putting a order in(pro buffer,liquid cal)stuff like that and...

ty guys,so if i added 2 vho super acintics,and kept my 230 watts pc that i have will i be ok for corals?i dont have a great cash flow but i dont want to skimp out to bad either.

I kinda like the blue.Ive been to my lfs and his tanks have like a pink tint to them,is there a way i can mimic it?i currently have 230w of pc(2 12k days and 2 acintic)if i went on the blue side would i just have to retro like 2 more bulbs in canopy to bring out more blue?

Im just wondering how to get the purple hugh to a fish tank.I want to have enough light for corals and other reef things but i dont want the sun in my living room if you know what i mean.Thnx for any help.

Im new too and i havent played with corals yet,but i do bout 15% water change each week(75g),try to use ro water.i run my lights but 12hrs a day.also i had alot of algea(tank was fully green)i bought one of swf reef packs and its crystal clear.

if this bump is some sort of infection is it possible he will die in the sand or will he come out?

lol if i can find him i might be able to...put him in tank last night havent even seen a fin.

I just bought a green leopard wrasse last night and as i was going for bed i noticed a white bump on him.The bump looks exactly like a pimple only white and is located on his gill,any idea what this might be?thnx for any help.

im using red sea marine lab,ive tested my ro/di water before mixing and it is 0 for nitrite and amonia.

im having a problem with amonnia in my water change tubs.im using ro/di water and kent sea salt.everytime i mix a batch i get .25 ammonia and .05 nitrite.ive tested 3 batches now.

I jsut looked and the snail that swf sent me dont look like the nass snail i got:/

But what is supposed to be nass is on the glass to and a cpl on my rocks:/
