I think if you changed from Ocellaris Clownfish to Percula you would be fine.

In my opinion it's primarily their docile nature. They live in fear in the typical aquarium and don't get over it. That makes them very vulnerable to injury and disease. Secondary, it's related to feeding but more like nutrition.
