I don't really know but maybe 1 with just the clown and LR in it. if you can keep the water quality good.

I would think that most gobys would be ok. They are usually rock and bottom dwellers, and my clowns tend to stick near the top. Usually you can add fish if they enhabit differant areas of the tank. A clown goby would be nice since it could hide in the rockwork/corals if he happened to be picked on.

How many gallons is your tank? What's the footprint?

Val-ium maybe changing the aquascape, try working in it with the lights off maybe when it has been in its rest zombie mode for a while
