Store pics at night.... Finishing touches are being done now.... waiting on inspections to pass and I should have the keys on Tuesday!!!

The store is almost complete. Check out the pictures of the front. Also included some finished pictures of the checkout area, along with some of the restroom and such.

Sorry about the photos in advance some of them had way to much dust in the air at the time. Here you will see the start of the coral tank rack along with the display tank. Everything is overbuilt! But why not! Also the coral tanks sit at 30 inches off the ground and the tanks themselves are 10"...

Look into recirculating skimmers. This may be the best thing for you! You can always purchase a bigger sump.

Hakari makes some awesome products and they make them in various sizes for your needs. Plus they have a low water package content.

There should never be a need to ball valve a drain line. If I am looking at the pictures correctly then you have a ball valve on a drain line.

Looks like plenty of room to build a durso to quiet.
