    Some pics for ya!

The Auriga butterfly doesn't bother corals? There is a guy who comes into the LFS I work at that keeps a Mertensii Butterfly in a Reef. I'm really surprised by all the people that successfully keep butterflies in a reef. BTW, Great tank! The only tank I own with that much coralline is my 10 gallon!

    Help Me Choose an Angel

I assume you are speaking about Coral Catfish. They do not get 3-4 feet more like 1-1 1/2 feet. They get territorial with each other as they get older and you will probably need to get rid of all of them but one if you want catfish in there.

    Gold tail eel vs Volatin

They should be ok. The lion will get a little large eventually. Better lions would be dwarfs, radiata, or antenna lionfish. Or, you could trade him in when he gets bigger and get a smaller one. Don't plan on adding any other fish because you need to keep your water quality up for the tang with...

    warm water sharks

I would only put one shark in a tank that size. Good luck with the ray. They are a very difficult species to keep alive. Maybe you should try a hardier species of ray like a yellow or california ray. Were you planning on any other tankmates? You could mabey put 2 more fish in there. Make sure...

    boxfish

You bought a yellow boxfish(Ostracion Cubicus). Yes I have a few hints for you. IME keep them in as peaceful of a tank as possible. Triggers are by far out of the question. More suitable for tanks with boxfish would contain large combtooth blennies, gobies, clownfish, and other small peaceful...

    changing substrate.

Or, just take out a few handfuls of crushed shell a day because it is all at the surface. Also , as it surfaces, just remove it.

    changing substrate.

Green algae will probably grow on the sand also. The easiest way I have prevented this is to aim a powerhead so the flow just skims the sand. Algae that grows on gravel/sand can't live in an area with current.

    To much to quick???

Corals give off nowhere near as much waste as fishes do so I think you should be ok. The only problem I see is that you have chosen "aggressive" corals which need about 6 inches between each other and other corals so I'm wondering how you could accomplish this in a tank you size.

    Peppermint shrimp? cleaning?

Yes. Most of the shrimp in the Lysmata family(including:fire, skunk cleaner, and peppermint shrimps) are cleaners. Some (fire/skunk) are more avid cleaners than others. Most peppermints tend to be cleaners as they get bigger and are less likely to be eaten by the fish being cleaned. As a side...

    groupers

A 75 is way too small for a panther or any other grouper. Panthers get especially large(20+inches) and a more suitable tank would be around 200 or more gallons.

Which of these is your favorite Triggerfish?

None of them. Mine would be the crosshatch and rectangular triggers.

    Can't find my horseshoe crab!!!

Horseshoes are burrowers. They usually spend most of their day hidden under your substrate. They really aren't a tropical critter and I really don't understand why they are kept in warm water tanks. They are native to the east coast of the US and range from around Massachusetts down to the...

    LIONS: Antenna-vs-Dwarf

Kiss the clowns good bye, but the dwarf zebras look like a volitans with short fins. The antenna looks like a volitans but with straigt spines wiht no little "flags" on the dorsal fins. IMO antennas are hardier.

What are the best greens for feeding tangs?

The best foods for vegetarian fish are NOT land-based grrens use a food that is natural to them like: Seaweed Selects, Nori, or Julian Sprung's Sea Veggies. Romain and brocolli won't cut it in the long run! By the way, sanibelisland, I visit Sanibel once a year what a great place!

Bluelines behavior that results in colors....

The blueline trig we used to have at my LFS did this also. There was a porkfish about 2 inches bigger than him which would speed around the tank and then the trigger would get bright coloration.
