    Black water via Carbon bag

Won't do anything to the tank, just is ugly for awhile. May, upset some coral if the larger particles fall on them, but, should with time be just fine. Just, try not to do it again.

    Why won't they host?

This is very true, but tank bred clownfish may never host anenome's no matter what kind is in the tank. They just don't know how to do it.

hawk fish in a 20 gallon

Thanks, thats kind of what I thought, but was hoping for "an angel". But it seems like it is another wolf in sheep clothing. LOL. I'll probably pass on this one. Sure would be horrible to loose one of my fire shrimp, eventhough they are really big....almost 4 yrs old with me now.

72" Aqualight power compact for sale in No. Va.

Not the performance, but will if not replaced. If the lens is not replaced and sat on the tank, the splatter from the water will get into the connections of the light and then the light will malfunction. I strongly recommend that it be replaced. If the light is placed above the water, say 5-7...

    Activated Carbon?

Nothing wrong with using carbon, but it will pull out any liquid form of additives. If used, which I have for years, only use for short periods of time to clear water. Most research says that carbon clogs after no more than 10 days. I have used it for 2-3 days, then remove. A little will go a...

72" Aqualight power compact for sale in No. Va.

The price for shipping will hold for anyone. I would rather lose on shipping cost than have to stare at a perfectly good light with nothing to use it on. $25.00 shipped.

This is a great light. Don't let this one pass you by, only to have to spend the $398.00 original price later.

    Bubble Coral

Just try to be consistent. Corals will adapt to when feeding time is. At least mine are. I also will feed DT's when the lights are out for my chilli, and other non photosynthetic corals.

72" Aqualight power compact for sale in No. Va.

The light was purchased in Feb. 2006, and used for about 13-14 months. I got into more light intensive coral, and clams and needed another set-up. This is a very clean light, and nothing in the working parts are damaged, just the lens cover. I haven't looked into the cost of a new lens cover...

Looking for suggestions on a white fish...

Diamond spot goby. Stays close to the bottom, but does feed off of the micro fauna in the sand. Can be a jumper.
