I don't see any issue with your tank now if you've changed out 4/5 amount of water. the 2 dead snails were months ago story, nothing is there to worry. Keep the water running and filter out all the debris and your tank should be good to go after a week.

why do you think it's not good to brush LR in the tank? I cannot move most of my LR because each one of them is huge and they are interlocked into each other. I brushed my rocks 30min ago and the tank is nice and clean now. I have 3 good filters to do the work.

I don't know where this deep green mossy looking layer of weird thing that spread quite fast in my tank. They are really easy to clean out. but they grow both in deep shaded area and hi light area.
