don't know what to get now?????

I'd say get a skimmer as soon as you can. Spend the money on an Aqua C Remora, your will love you (about $160).

    Lights

Those corals have lower light requirements. You can probaby get away with a 96 watt quad power compact fixture (or spend more for a dual). Obviously, the more light the better. You want average between 3-5 watts of light per gallon for those corals.

Choc Chip ?? HELP I THINK HE'S DEAD??

If the part that 'bloomed' came from the center of his body, than you are witnessing him eating (they dissolve their food with their 'bloom'). Easiest way to tell if a starfish is dying is to look for deterioration of their legs (looks like flaking white chunks).

    cerith snails

They are stupid. They are unable to correct themselve if they fall and they tend to want to escape from above the waterline. However, they are good snails, just dumb. If you want a premo snail, buy a Tiger Trochus. They are the fastest moving snails I have ever seen and they can self correct...

    shrimp ?

I have 3 Peppermint Shrimps that are attention hogs. Maybe I got lucky but they are far from shy. I also have 3 Saron Shrimp. A Cleaner would be a good addition to your tank. Maybe get 2 of them.

    Lettuce Nudibranch

No, they're not poisonous. They're actually not a true nudibranch. Careful with them and power heads though....

    bright green algae

RO water and reduced lighting time will help. Also, you can setup a refugium and put in some Macroalgae to take away some of the nutrients that the microalgae needs.

Llyanassa snails are they worth it?

If they're the same snails I'm thinking of, I believe they're worth it. They're similar to a Tongan Nassarius Snails and they grow twice the size of a normal Nassarius. However, they are snails that are used to colder waters. They can survive in higher temperatures but it does lower their...

    Horseshoe crabs

I've had one in my 40 gal for a year, never had a problem with him and he in no way has depleted my sand bed. They do get pretty big though, I would estimate about 6-8 inches in diameter (and that would be in captivity). Definitely a critter for larger tanks.

new jawfish is just in the corner not moving...

Perfectly normal. My Jawfish did the same thing. Took him about a day to find a home. Give him time, he'll be fine.

    ? brown film? Old tank

Sounds like you have a Cyano Bacteria problem. Ususally it has to do with water flow, you probably have a dead spot there. You don't have to point your water flow directly at the sand bottom, just get it close to it. BTW, what do you have for snails?

Will 192 watts of PC be ok over a 46g bowfront?

Bowfronts look great and they also help water flow because of the curved front.

Will 192 watts of PC be ok over a 46g bowfront?

I have the exact same fixture on my 40 gal breeder. I think the lighting would be optimal for Zoos and most softies. You can always position corals with higher lighting demands near the top of your rock aquascaping.

    water changing

What kind of protein skimmer do you have? I would say change about 10% of your water every 2 weeks. That's the bad thing about larger tanks, you have to buy a lot of salt. I'm happy with my 40 gal and my wallet is happy too.

    Cleaner Shrimp Babies

Chances of you getting them to live is very slim. Just let the fish enjoy their buffet.
