Yup, completly agree! If you get the sand with the water in the bag, dont rinse it though, as you will kill the bacteria in the sand. Howd the cheato work out?

Calm down... It can be done, if done correctly! What do you have for livestock? What you will want to do is get some "Live sand" from your LFS, they should sell it in 20# bags. Make sure it has the water in the bag. There is bacteria already living in the sand (hense, LS). maybe 1 or 2 bags...

Ok.. thanks guys.. youve given me some ideas... Im here at work drawing up the plans for the stand. Im getting to the bottom, and a question arose. Does anyone put plywood as the bottom piece? Or just have it stop on 2x4, with plywood ontop of that? Will post plans when i get home from work

Hey all. Just picked myself up a 155 Bow. Now im looking into building a stand and canopy. Does anyone have any ideas on how to bend the wood? I was thinking maybe a 2x12 and cut it to the curve of the front. Anyone have any ideas? ~Fitzy
