can yu get a picture from the side? you cant really see what it is from that angle.

if it was jumping out of the water i would think it is most likely air. if its stil puffed up you will have to burp it.

are you aerating before doing water changes with the di water. if you arent ther could be a severe lack of dissolved oxygen in the water. which would be causing problems with the puffers breathing and cause stress

if you get gut-loaded chost shripm they are good. Ghost shrimp alone dont have much nutritional value. When gut loaded they are much better for the fish.

puffers will generally leave coral alone. what they will it is crabs shrimp snails and the like. if you have any of those you are attached to i wouldnt get the puffer for a reef tank. but as for corals you should be ok.

they are selling 2 at the store near me for 60 each so 125 seems a little high

if you really think it coudl be a problem seal it now with silicone before it starts to leak. i have a pretty good ding on the outside of my 20 gal. its about the size of a pebble. ive had the tank for about 4 years and it hasnt been a problem.
