For your applicaion needs, & since your starting out , I would recomend a seaclone 150. If it's a little to high for "esthetics" (sp?), get the 100. I've got a 100 on my 40 and works like a champ. I would'nt put it anything bigger than a 55 though. But performance per dollar ratio is really...

Yeah, but the water going into it is only at 55psi and it's cold. like 50 degrees or so.

24 hour update Well, I just did the math and it's 175ga, not a 160. (bonus) (84 wide 24 high 20 deep) /231 I'm at 8'' high and at 7.3 per inch that's almost 60 gallons in 24 hours of RO/DI water.

how much PVC, and what size oveflows do you have? How much head (preassure that is) are you creating?
