    Help...

Give your wrasse time and keep an eye on things, mine will do this from time to time when stressed. Just to add, Bird wrasses may bury themselves in the sand, so if you see a tail or fin sticking out of your sand, or you don't see it at all, just watch for it and don't panic right away with this...

    blue jaw trigger

If keeping a lion and you want a trigger this is a pretty easy going trigger, and one I would recommend, not as risky as other species. All of the Xanthichthys Species are pretty easy going. What size tank do you have? Triggers are fast simmers, messy eaters that produce quite a bit of waste...

    Ok to add a niger?

Bluethroats, Crosshatch, Sargassum, the Xanthichthys Species really is generally well behaved when it comes to lions, not to often you hear about one of these snapping. Pinktails and Nigers are more risky, especially with maturity. Personally I keep a Pinktail with my lions, have for years...

The Taenianotus Triacanthus / Leaf Scorpionfish / Leaf Fish, is a great fish that only reaches about 4 inches. I kept these before lions and loved em Can be very tough to get eating frozen foods, it took me a long time to even get them eating, and many times they never make the change, but if...

    trigger with volitan

Other way around, Bluethroat, Sargassum, Crosshatch are best but Durgeon seems to work pretty well also, Niger and Pinktail are OK but have been known to turn on lions, keep an eye on them, watch the lions fins, "huma huma or picasso" are No No's. Kaye

friend wants a emperor and a volitan lion

Yes, Angels are known to pick at lions, it will just depend on the fish, I have never combined the two myself. If an angel is added, just watch the situation, keep a close eye on the Lions fins, see if they are getting picked at, even if it does not happen tomorrow it may in a year. Just never...

    Lion Fish - what happened???

He would get very demanding and hit the top of the aquarium until I would feed him. I have one in my 90g that does this, it will hit the top, slam into rocks, it is out of control and very hard to handle, it will kill other lions but great with all other fish. I still only feed every 2-3 days...

    question about my fuzzy dwarf.

I have some maracyn plus is that the same thing? I know you can use Maracyn 2 with the cloudy eyes, I am not familiar with maracyn plus. So the antibiotics you are talking about are pellet form? They are capsules. What if I soaked his food in the maracyn would that work? I have never soaked...

    question about my fuzzy dwarf.

If you see cloudy eyes it is a sign of bacterial infection, treat. I use K-Mycin/Kanamycin, very easy to use, treat for 5 - 7 days. If treating in the water, directions are on the package, Do Not treat the display tank. I treat orally in the display, and use it in the food, I take shrimp, make...

    Help

Hard to tell from the Pictures, I would say Acreichthys Tomentosus/Bristle Tail/Green, But it could be a Aluterus Schoepfii/Orange Filefish. Can you get a clear Picture? If it is Acreichthys Tomentosus, they are great at controlling Aiptasia, and stay smaller, the Aluterus Schoepfii gets...
