State of the Union Address...What you think?

Insulting the Supreme Court, to their faces, is the most unpresidential thing I've ever heard from a sitting President. I just heard that in seventy-some minutes of actual talking time; he used the pronoun "I" over 90 times. This says more than anything else I've read or heard.

Carbon - looking for large pieces

Big pieces of carbon will be much less effective than an equal quantity of smaller pieces---less surface area. I prefer Chemi-Pure, a carbon based product that comes in its own bag, Reasonably priced, especially when you buy online in quantity, and it lasts about 6 months. IMO, most of the...

Changed Filter Media - Nitrite up

!. I agree with Flower, your nitrates, in a FOWLR, are fine. 2.) There has been a lot written lately about nitrite in SW; lots of info that its harmless. Its unusual to see nitrite and no ammonia. I wonder if you have a bad test kit. 3.) I see no reason to ever change bio-filter material, like...

RE: NFC game. Remember its not whether you win or lose, its the point spread. Pikings were 3 1/2 point underdogs---they covered! But my soul has been with Favre so long, it really stinks; I was at Lambeau Fieldfor all of his home games in 92-3, 93-4, and many since. Packer fans knew they were on...
