you need more light for better growth..thats the only thing you can do it seems

i wouldn't really try and raise it more than 75 ppm (whatever measurement they use for calc..i can't remember) in one day...i use a 2 part additive and am not to familar with using kalk ..but my understanding is you can't put to much kalk in at the same time but can constanly drip and arline...

there is a really good thread about fragging shrooms...if you want i can try and find it and bump it?

well theres not much you can do...its always going to be more of a risk if not introduced at the same time

hmm its not to bad......how long has your tank been setup...i find after about a 10 months the growth increases a lot....if thos are gsp i get that growth in about 3 weeks under 2 175 watt and 40 watts actinic

just a little warning on the sabae anenome....they grow really fast so you want to make sure they have lots of room....just saying this cause i bought mine about a month or 2 ago at 6 inches and it is now 10 and is stinging some of my sps i can't move... by the way very good pics..and i agree...

my sabae which is about 10 -12 inches hosts a clown...but it eat my sixline wrasse a month ago :( poor buggar

also thanks for all the help...i would of tried to keep them together but i can't stand seeing the aggression..i gues i will never be able to have an aggressive setup

i got rid of the new one...got full credit and bought some zoos instead it seemed the other one wasn't going to stop he had the big old anenome all to himself/herself and didn't want to give up some space :(

i jsut introduced another clarki....i have one that is an inch bigger than the one just introduced...they are fighting...they have about 12 inch sabae to live in will they stop fighting?

wow i made no sense in that post...well at least to me..maybe shouldn't of had so much to drink (last day of school) lol...but no corals don't go into dormancy

what kind of tank do you run that doesn't sound like that steady of an income............. the only reason this bothers me is ppl say that they pay for it when they don't really i am in highschool and work 6 days a week to pay for my tank.......my parents are little jobs my nieghbors give me...

lol well tropical creatures don't go into dormancy....would would still be soft while trying to be dormat yes because you would be dead....why would a coral be stiff when it died??? j/w Brad
