It really isn't that difficult once you catch the flow, have all your equipment running good, and all your parameters steady.

No its not extremely uncommon, they usually requre MH to grow fast though... I have heard of people growing a new head every two months.

Nope, there's onyl the branching frogspawn. There are a couple different color variations but they're smiliar, green w/ pink. You will see the tissue growing from the skeleton, and a branch will work its way out where you see the tissue head.

They'll be fine, it wont hurt them, just work on getting it down. Ca levels arent toxic to corals.

I believe that Pc's are veyr overrated in that article. They are nice, cheap lights but you cant keep SPS and clams with them come on...
